Warranty Policy

Kindly go to My Account -> Order -> Get Help -> Contact us and fill the desired option with your message.


Once we verify your order details, we shall contact you to send the item back to us or to any authorized service center nearby.

If item is returned to us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your warranty as per the terms and conditions of OEM.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your wallet or original method of payment, as preferable within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Goods Defective/Damaged on Arrival

In case customer has received the product as faulty/DOA, customer should inform us within 15 Days of time after receipt of the product.

If we receive the intimation for faulty/DOA product in timeyou are requested to send the same back to us and we shall reimburse the courier charges. In other case if customer is not able to inform us about faulty/DOA product in time, in that case customer has to bear To and From charges for replacing the material. Customer can also go to nearby service centre for particular vendor. We are always there to help customer by taking product back and arranging for its replacement.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@networkitstore.in and send your item to: NETWORK ASSOCIATES – D58/12, A-4, Urvashi Complex, First Floor, Gandhinagar, Sigra, Varanasi – 221010. We shall reimburse you the courier charges. Kindly send us the courier charge bill copy for reimbursement. We will credit your wallet with the same amount which can be used for further purchase.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We shall provide you with tracking numbers to track your shipment.
