Shipping Policy

“Order Cut-off time” is the time by which an order needs to be placed for it to begin processing and dispatch on the same day. Orders that miss the cut-off time don’t begin processing until the following business day.

“Handling time” refers to the number of business days needed to process an order before it ships. Handling time normally starts when an order is placed by a customer and ends when a carrier picks up the package for shipment. Our Max handling time is 1 day.

Estimated Delivery Days = Max Handling Time + Max Transit Days.

Our business days are from Monday to Saturday 1:00PM to 8:30PM IST local time.

Our shipping policy is pin code based for domestic delivery within India – All states and Union Territories only.

Shipping rates are calculated based on weight of the total cart items and different delivery modes of dispatch. All applicable rates will be available at the time of checkout/or view cart sections. Also, weight of the cart is based on either the actual weight or volumetric L*B*H/5000 whichever is higher.

Free Surface Express Shipping for orders upto 3Kgs.

Following Modes are available for dispatch:-

  1. AIR Express: Order Cut-off time is 4PM. Air Express service is available for only major Tier 1, 2, 3 cities in India. Estimated Delivery time in the North Zone is 1-2 days, East and West Zones is 2-4 days, South Zone is 3-4 days, Jammu and Kashmir and North East Zone is 4-6 days. Following Air Couriers shipping providers are used frequently – Bluedart Express, DTDC Air, Xpressbees Air, Delhivery Air, TrackOn Air, etc. Orders with less than 20kgs are eligible for Air Express. Exception: Cash on delivery (COD) orders, cut off time is 11AM.
  2. Surface Express: Order Cut-off time is 6PM. Surface Express is available for all major cities in India. Estimated delivery time close to North Zone is 1-3 days, East and West Zones is 3-5 days, South Zone is 5-7 days, Jammu and Kashmir and North East Zone is 6-8 days. Delivery to Lakshadweep and Andaman and Nicobar Is. can take few more days. Following courier shipping providers are used frequently – DTDC Surface, Ekart, TrackOn, Amazon Shipping, Xpressbees Surface, Delhivery, Smatr, etc. Free Shipping upto 3Kgs. Orders with less than 50kgs are eligible for Surface Express. Exception: Cash on delivery (COD) orders, cut off time is 11AM.
  3. Heavy Express: Order Cut-off time is 3PM. Heavy Express is available for all major cities in India. Estimated delivery time close to North Zone is 3-5 days, East and West Zones is 5-8 days, South Zone is 6-9 days, Jammu and Kashmir and North East Zone is 7-10 days. Following Couriers shipping providers are used frequently – VRL, SafeExpress, Gati, etc. Orders with more than 50kgs are eligible for Heavy Express. COD orders may not be accepted.

For some locations, there will be no shipping options available. In such scenario, you should inform us about your requirements, and we will try to dispatch to any nearby available address as per your instructions.

Dispatch and Tracking

We will provide an easy clickable waybill tracking number over registered email address provided by you. Moreover, you may receive SMSes by the courier company to your registered mobile number with status updates. Alternatively, you can visit My Account -> Order -> Track.

At the time of delivery, the courier company may choose to verify the buyer via the OTP method and/or the identification by any government ID proof so please keep your phone and ID proofs handy.

“Day 0” means “same day” for orders placed before the cut-off time. For orders placed after cut-off, “Day 0” is then the next business day. In other words, all handling time is counted starting with “Day 0,” regardless of when the order is placed in relation to the cut-off time.

The expected delivery dates are from the day of dispatch. It will be mentioned in the “View Cart” and “Checkout” pages.

We shall in no case should be held responsible for delivery beyond mentioned estimated date of delivery.

Unusual Delay

Under unusual circumstances, your shipment may be delayed due to strikes, regional holidays, cyclones, heavy rains or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We will inform you if any such conditions persist.

We may sometimes also face critical shortage of few items ordered by you. In such case we will inform you via email and/or phone with order status and expected time frame for successful shipment. In any case, you may raise a ticket request via “Orders” page and we will resolve it asap.
