“Order Cut-off time” is the time by which an order needs to be placed for it to begin processing and dispatch on the same day.
- AIR Express: Order Cut-off time is 4PM, COD orders 11AM,
- Surface Express: Order Cut-off time is 6PM, COD Orders 11AM,
- Heavy Express: Order Cut-off time is 3PM, COD order may not accepted.
If this time is exceeded, your order will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Yes, we will provide an easy link with tracking number over registered email address provided by you. Moreover, you may receive SMSes by the courier company to your registered mobile number with status updates.

If the order is not shipped, it can be cancelled or modified.
If you wish to cancel, your payment will be refunded into your original mode of payment within 5-6 days post 2% deduction of the payment gateway charges. If you made payment via Direct Bank Transfer, we can refund it within 2-3 working days without any deduction.
For that, you can go to My Orders section and place a cancel order request.
Modification is possible if you want to add more items or a replace a lower value item with a higher value item in your order. We can only modify your order with upgraded cart value. The difference amount is only accepted through UPI mode or QR Code scan or direct bank transfer. Such modification may or may not change the weight of the cart and will be added to your difference amount. You may refer our contact page for any such request here.

Easebuzz payment gateway is PCI DSS compliant and secured transaction information by encrypting personal information, such as credit/debit card details, to guarantee that information is transferred securely between a consumer and the transaction processor.
